## Project Background
The gas group operates 78 pressure regulating stations distributed across various districts in the city. Originally, these stations were only equipped with single combustible gas detectors, lacking comprehensive monitoring capabilities for multiple parameters such as temperature, pressure, and SF6, resulting in high operation and maintenance costs.

## Implementation Plan
Each pressure regulating station is equipped with one set of Insight YQRQ multi-parameter monitor (CH4 + CO + temperature and pressure), and the data is transmitted back to the group’s unified dispatch center via 4G/NB-IoT dual-mode.

– Full coverage of 78 stations, with unified supervision
– Joint determination of concentration, temperature, and pressure to reduce false alarms caused by single parameter
– Automatic emergency valve closure linkage triggered by abnormal concentration

## Implementation Effect
The frequency of annual operation and maintenance inspections has been reduced from 5 times per year to 2 times per year, resulting in a 35% decrease in annual maintenance costs for individual stations. The group has planned to replicate this approach in four other cities in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
