📍 Layout Diagram (top view, scaled)
🔴 Red dots = detector locations; orange dashed circle = single-point protection radius. Default spacing d = 2r (GB 50493-2019 max, typical for general sites). Dark overlap = dual coverage; to eliminate diamond blind zones tighten to 1.4–1.7r (recommended for high-risk / toxic sites).
📐 Calculation Basis
📊 5-Scenario Comparison (same space size)
| Scenario | Radius r | Spacing d | Cols × Rows | Detectors |
|---|
💡 Selected scenario row is highlighted. Worse ventilation / more confined space → higher detector density.
📌 Engineering Notes
- Tool output is a preliminary reference; final layout must consider on-site risk assessment, wind direction, and equipment obstruction.
- Detectors should avoid blind spots (behind columns, equipment dead zones, direct strong airflow).
- Reserve 0.5 m maintenance access around each detector for calibration and replacement.
- For sites with multiple gases: install at the height appropriate for the most hazardous gas's density.
