## Project Background
The client operates a mining area with a combination of open-pit and underground operations. The underground work areas are scattered, and the monitoring coverage for toxic and harmful gases such as methane and CO is incomplete. Employees have reported a heavy burden of inspection work.
## Implementation Plan
The system utilizes the YQRQ-100 fixed underground chamber monitoring equipment combined with the YQRQ-200 buried pile-type combination, covering a total of over 60 key nodes including the mining face, haulage roadways, and shaft bottom vehicle yards. The main control is connected to the large screen of the mining area dispatch center.
– Lithium battery + solar dual power supply, ensuring long-term operation in complex underground environments
– Certified by MA Mine Product Safety Mark
– One-click alarm automatically pushed to the on-duty dispatcher’s mobile phone
## Implementation Effect
Annual Safety Month Statistics: The average response time for abnormal concentration alarms has been shortened to within 5 minutes, and the incidence of underground operations in violation of regulations has decreased by 73%. This has been recognized as a benchmark case for the mining areas under the group and is being promoted across the entire group.
