## Project Background
The new city’s supporting integrated utility tunnel spans a total length of 32km, accommodating four types of pipelines: electricity, gas, water supply and drainage, and communication. The operating unit requires 24-hour visual monitoring of all sections and integration with the city-level smart utility tunnel platform.

## Implementation Plan
In the gas cabin section, an insight YQRQ-100 + YQGT multi-parameter instrument is deployed every 100m, and an ozone + CO composite probe is installed every 200m in the cable cabin. All monitoring nodes are fiber-optically transmitted back to the pipeline corridor control center.

– Explosion-proof Ex ia IIC T4, suitable for gas cabin environments
– Video linkage: Automatically retrieve the most recent camera footage in case of abnormal concentration
– Data API integration into the unified platform of the New City Smart Utility Tunnel of the Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau

## Implementation Effect
The trial operation has been conducted for 14 months without any accidents, and it has been listed as a case study for the construction specifications of integrated pipeline monitoring in the Yangtze River Delta region. The operation and maintenance party has confirmed continued cooperation for the second phase, covering 18km.
