## Project Background
The approved production capacity of this coal mine is 8 million tons per year, with a gas extraction system covering 56 working faces. Originally, a single methane sensor was used, which was unable to monitor comprehensive conditions such as gas flow rate, temperature, and pressure.
## Implementation Plan
Deploy 56 sets of YQ-MA mining multi-parameter monitors (CH4 + CO + O2 + temperature, pressure, and flow) with each extraction point equipped with one unit. Integrate with the coal mine gas extraction management system interface to achieve “one pipe, one record.”.

– Data is updated every 1 minute, interfaced with the KJ series mine monitoring system
– Automatic triggering of production reduction command due to abnormal gas emission
## Implementation Effect
After a year of trial operation, the system provided early warnings for abnormal gas emissions 4 times (preventing potential accidents); the purity of gas extraction increased by 8%, making it a benchmark for gas management in the northern Shaanxi mining area.
