Arsine/arsine gas/arsine is a highly toxic arsine compound gas, with toxicity far exceeding that of ordinary gases. It can cause hemolytic anemia, kidney failure, and neurotoxicity, and even a small amount can be fatal. Storage sites must be equipped with dedicated arsine sensors, emergency decontamination devices, forced ventilation, and leak alarm interlocks.
