乙二胺 Detection
Formula C₂H₈N₂ · CAS 107-15-3 · 胺类(强碱性)
Hazards & Toxic Symptoms
Ethylene diamine belongs to the amine category (-NH₂/-NH- structure), most of which have a strong ammonia odor and are strongly alkaline. Its vapor strongly irritates the eyes, respiratory mucosa, and skin, causing chemical burns at higher concentrations. Some aromatic amines (such as anilines) can be absorbed through the skin, leading to poisoning, and long-term exposure poses a carcinogenic risk. Commonly used PID or electrochemical sensors are used for monitoring.
