苯肼 Detection
Formula C₆H₈N₂ · CAS 100-63-0 · 芳香烃 / 苯系物
Hazards & Toxic Symptoms
Phenylhydrazine is an aromatic hydrocarbon/benzene derivative (containing a benzene ring structure), mostly presenting as a colorless flammable liquid with a distinctive aromatic odor. It is commonly associated with neurotoxicity - long-term exposure can damage the nervous system, liver, kidneys, and hematopoietic system. Certain benzene derivatives (benzene, ethylbenzene, aniline) have been classified as carcinogens by the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) and can induce leukemia. Commonly monitored using a PID (with an IP of 8.8 eV and high sensitivity).
Typical Application Scenarios
- Petrochemical storage tank / oil loading and unloading area
- Paint / Coating / Adhesive Workshop
- Printing / Chemical Synthesis
- Gas station oil vapor recovery
Detection Principle / Recommended Sensors
PID (IP 8.8 eV, highest sensitivity) / Infrared
Common Range:0-100 ppm
