喷气燃料 Detection
CAS 8008-20-6 · 燃料油
Hazards & Toxic Symptoms
Jet fuel is a complex hydrocarbon mixture (ranging from C5 to C16), which is volatile and flammable. Its vapor forms an explosive mixture with air, typically having a low flash point. Inhalation of the vapor can cause headaches and narcosis, while skin contact can lead to defatting and drying. Gas stations, airport fuel depots, and industrial oil tank areas are the main scenarios. Commonly used is dual monitoring with catalytic combustion (LEL) and PID (vapor VOC).
