磷烷 Detection
Formula PH₃ · CAS 7803-51-2 · 剧毒磷化物
Hazards & Toxic Symptoms
Phosphine is a highly toxic phosphide gas that strongly inhibits cytochrome oxidase, causing tissue hypoxia. Low concentrations can lead to headaches and nausea, while high concentrations can cause death within minutes. Commercial phosphine often contains impurities such as P₂H₄, which can lead to spontaneous combustion. It is commonly used in grain storage fumigation, semiconductor doping, and phosphorus chemical synthesis. Storage sites must be equipped with dedicated phosphine sensors, explosion-proof ventilation, and emergency showers.
Typical Application Scenarios
- Grain storage fumigation (aluminium phosphide release)
- Semiconductor phosphorus doping
- Phosphorus chemical synthesis
Detection Principle / Recommended Sensors
Electrochemical (specific for phosphine)
Common Range:0-10 ppm
